Junior Project Manager
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated junior Project Manager to join our Platform Infrastructure team. You will collaborate with teams and individuals across many areas of our engineering division in a fast moving environment.
What you’ll do
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, including project planning, scheduling and resource estimation.
Contribute to building an environment where continuous improvement is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding outcomes as fast as possible
Facilitate meetings/workshops as needed for your projects
Work to keep customers, stakeholders and teammates informed
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Help out and support a variety of events, such as corporate retreats
Help out and support a variety of regular publications, such as internal newsletters
Work with internal customers to develop project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
Who you are
You have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
Adept at managing multiple, complex priorities and balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
You are a great communicator who can think, act and communicate clearly and confidently with your team members and stakeholders across the company.
You are highly organized. You can stay on top of many projects happening concurrently and can easily communicate status.
You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and project management.
Experience working with a variety of business partners/ stakeholders
A driver personality, biased towards action, a simplifier – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
You are not afraid to raise issues and remove impediments
You care about learning new things and resolving existing challenges..
Need to have:
- Must read/write English very well,
- Be able to work independently
- Experience in managing 5-6 small-medium sized projects at a time
- Happy to work with people and is outgoing
Nice to have:
- Have some experience working with PR
- Have some experience working in a tech company
