About the role
Implement acquisition and growth strategy leading on execution to deliver cost-effective user acquisition and customer growth on a local level, targeting quality audiences across Northern Europe. Communicate and identify insights to create data-driven decisions regarding digital marketing strategies, tactics and performance.
Set up a clear test and learn approach and push for innovation across all areas of our activity, balancing the need for innovation vs. focusing on achieving the KPIs. Plan, execute & optimise all digital acquisition marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, display & programmatic with external agency partners
Drive forward planning, process and ways of working to build a brilliant digital function
Knowledge and Expertise Experience in the execution of digital advertising. Proven experience in consistently tracking, optimising and reporting the results of campaignsProven ability to manage and optimize performance marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, GMP stack, GA 360 suite.
