Rollen innebär att stödja säljorganisationen med att ta fram och renodla prospekts och kvalificera leads. Viss bearbetning av kunder ingår. Lämplig kandidat har några års erfarenhet av försäljning, är duktig på prospektering, analytisk, självgående och van att hantera CRM-system.

About the team
Working within the Nordic team of Business Development Managers who look after enterprise business, this role promotes Worldpay’s services. The income from this team forms a key part of the overall commercial budget delivery and core part of future growth strategy! As a key part of this you will be responsible for identifying and growing targeted new business opportunities for the eCommerce division across the Nordic region.

Building relationships with our end-users also entails listening to their needs to understand what other products and services may resolve their issues. By building a team focused on sales to our customers, we can continue to grow through channels we already have open. Further, by addressing hurdles for our current customers, we can continue to build trust and assure our future as their choice in a competitive market.

What you will be doing
As the Sales Development Representative you will be tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through primarily outbound prospecting activities. You will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects, and are highly self-motivated. As the Sales Development Representative, you understand how to assess a customer’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect.

Additional Responsibilities
– Work closely with the Business Development Managers (“BDMs”), establish a targeted account strategy per industry segment that focuses on new leads for the BDM.
– Identify and qualify new business opportunities for a variety of industries of prospective customers from various lead channels including, but not limited to:
– website leads
– marketing leads
– trade show leads
– Business Development target lists
– Company and contact research using various internal and external data sources, including Salesforce database, market intelligence databases and report, LinkedIn, web research.
– Prospect companies via cold calling, email, and many other methods in an
effort to set up meetings
– Work closely to generate new business opportunities for the Business Development Team and assist in developing the market and working sales
cycles.
– Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to determine if they have a suitable ecommerce need or project.
– Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs of activity, scheduled and held
appointments.
– May also be involved in sales process, post-sales or administrative related
activities.

What you bring
– Typically requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of sales related experience.
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media promotions.
– Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
– Strong and professional communication skills,
written, verbal, presentation.
– A strong focus on prospecting new clients with high energy and a strong technical aptitude and sales instincts.
– Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
– Acts without being told what to do.
– Brings new ideas to the company.
– Ability to contribute to a sales and BD team.

Added bonus if you have
– Payments experience
– Experience with Salesforce.com
– Proven experience exceeding goals
