About the Role
As a Senior Producer in the Media & Event’s team, you help drive multiple large-scale projects for our official Minecraft YouTube channel. In close collaboration with our Lead Producer and Lead Creative, you plan the team’s workload (using our project management tool ClickUp) and act as a central point of contact for our projects. You synthesize information to empower the project team to deliver against timings, expectations, and budget. You are skilled at setting up new initiatives and executing from a brief and are well-versed at leading teams through different stages of creative projects. You also work closely with our Lead Creative in the team to further develop and grow the YouTube channel.

Role Expectations:
• Be a point of contact for the YouTube channel for various team members, management and leadership, stakeholder groups and external creative agencies.
• Anticipate and proactively mitigate risks and challenges for project delivery.
• Assess working processes and strive to always find ways to improve (through retrospectives or mid-way check ins).
• Responsible for team and project planning in our project management tool ClickUp.
• Support and assist the creative producers in the YouTube team in their productions
• Build and nurture stakeholder relationships.
• Facilitate between working groups to arrive at best available solutions in times of conflict.
• Support the Producer group as needed and actively participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Build a positive, creative, and collaborative team culture within the Media and Events team, where people in the team feel safe and included.
• Management of project budgets (spending, tracking and reporting to Lead Producer).
• Drafting and processing (together with Microsoft) contracts as needed for new partners and contractors.
• Setting processes and ways of working with external partners and vendors.
Skills:
• Stakeholder management.
• Scheduling, production planning, and budgeting.
• Management of multiple projects.
• Short term and long-term planning.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and business objectives to take into creative productions.
• Skilled communicator and negotiator.
• Great written and verbal communication in English [fluent].
• Knowledge of Slack, ClickUp (Project Management tools), Microsoft services (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as Producer, Production Manager or similar.
• A + if you have previous experience working with creative productions for YouTube or other Social Media platforms.
Uppdragslängd och arbetsplats
Uppdraget startar i början av september och löper på heltid under 18 månader. Placering på deras HK i Stockholm. Hybrid.
