Internal Communication Manager SEB

Till SEB Kort söker vi en kommunikatör för intern kommunikation till ett interimsuppdrag på heltid under ett år. Omgående tillträde. Lämplig kandidat har gedigen erfarenhet av internkommunikation från ett publikt företag eller från finansbranschen.

Tjänsten är placerad på SEBs kontor i Solna, Arenastaden

SEB Kort is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual, with excellent writing skills, to join their team as an Internal Communication Manager. They are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values effective internal communication to engage and inform their employees.

As an Internal Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring SEBs employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s business plan and strategies.

One of your main responsibilities will be to coordinate SEB Kort’s internal communication according to their communication plan – including themes as well as planning and producing news yourself on the Intranet as well as other channels. You will also have responsibility for planning and coordinating internal communication in major projects. You will report to Head of Marketing at SEB Kort.

Other responsibilities include:
• Develop key messages supporting business plan and strategies.
• Be part of the development of our internal communication plan.
• Support CEO with content to internal and external communication.
Skills/-experience needed SEB are looking for a person with 2 to 5 years of experience within Internal communication in a listed company or financial institution. Ideally, you have experience from managing both internal and external communication, both proactive and reactive communication, and from leading communication projects from start to finish.

Experience from working in an international company, and from daily stakeholder management, is considered an advantage.

• You should have excellent written and verbal skills in English and Swedish
• Academic education in journalism, communication, marketing, or other related fields.
• Curious, a fast learner, constantly willing to take on new challenges and with both a strategic and operational mindset.
• Proactive, driven, analytical, well-structured and has the ability to handle many projects in parallel, while meeting deadlines.

Uppdragslängd och arbetsplats

Uppdraget ska tillsättas omgående och löper till 2024-08-31. Placering på deras kontor i Arenastaden, Solna.
